To avoid tolerance effects, animals were treated with a scalar dose of the above drug 1, 1.25 and 1.5 mg Kg for each of the weeks of the treatment, respectively ; . At the end of every week, each animal underwent an experimental session consisting in 17 pulse-alone trials of 120 dB, interposed by 30 trials of pulse preceded by 73, 76 and 82 dB prepulse as well as 8 no stimulus trials.
